All Grant’s meals are delivered fresh to your door.

You can pay with your Visa or Mastercard when you order over the phone, or order on the website.  Alternatively, after you have placed your Phone Order you may pay our delivery staff by cash or cheque when they deliver your order.  Please note that payment on delivery is not an option for contact-less deliveries.

Website orders need to be paid by Credit Card.  It is quite secure because your credit card will be entered into a PayPal payment system.  (You don’t need a PayPal account to do this).  No credit card details are ever passed to us.  PayPal offers privacy and security for the Buyer and the Seller.  At the check-out, just follow the PayPal links and you will be asked to enter your credit card into the encrypted fields of the PayPal website, when you submit the order.  PayPal will send you a receipt, and you will also receive an email confirmation of your order, listing all items.  Please note that you also have the option of requesting a contact-less delivery at the Check-out. For Contact-less delivery, please supply a cooler bag (or esky), with Ice-Bricks. We will ring your doorbell to let you know your meals have arrived.

As all our meals are cooked fresh, you need to order at least 48 hours in advance to give our chefs time to prepare your meals with the care you deserve.
For example, for a Wednesday delivery, you must place your order by 5pm Monday.

No; however, we will only leave the meals if you have requested that we do so and have left out a cooler bag (or esky) with ice packs large enough for your order.  There is a Tick-Box at the check-out on the website to request contact-less delivery.
This is a Victorian health law required for all delivered meals.
Please note meals should be placed into the fridge within 2hrs of delivery otherwise we cannot guarantee the quality of any meals left outside.

Due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19, we are happy to follow the social distancing requirements by performing a contact-less delivery.
This is similar to our “Not at Home” delivery – you leave a suitable container with ice packs outside and we will leave your order in it, ringing the doorbell before we leave to ensure that you know it has arrived.

Many people have likes and dislikes when it comes to food.
Just discuss your preferences with our friendly staff to arrange for your meals to be made to suit your requirements. Menu alterations incur a cost of $4 per order.

Please check our menu for listed information. Our staff are more than happy to discuss any dietary requirements you may have, including Gluten Free, Low FODMAP, Dairy free, and Vegetarian.

Pierce the protective film on the top of the meal package, then place into the microwave and heat at high power for the indicated period.
Check the label on each meal for approximate heating times as not all microwave ovens are the same.

All Grant’s meals have a maximum “Use By” date of three days after delivery, when kept in the refrigerator below 5°c.

It is perfectly safe to freeze most of our meals, except salads and some desserts.
It is recommended that if you are going to store meals in the freezer, to freeze them on the day of delivery, not at the end of the “Use By” date.

We currently deliver to many retirement villages and private residences in Melbourne and our delivery area is growing all the time.
